TeachAAPI – Executive Director (Full Time)
Position Summary
TeachAAPI seeks its first Executive Director to lead the organization into its next stage of growth and national impact. This is a results-driven leadership role with a strong emphasis on fundraising and revenue development in the first year—professionalizing development strategy, diversifying funding sources, and converting early momentum into sustainable support.
Over time, the Executive Director will expand focus to organizational growth, program strategy, and board governance, partnering closely with a highly engaged Board and Educator Advisory Council. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for a leader who can bring structure, urgency, and discipline while honoring the organization’s mission and values.
Clark County Education Program Manager (Part-Time)
Position Summary
TeachAAPI is seeking a relationship-driven, highly organized Part-Time Educator Program Manager to lead the on-the-ground implementation of TeachAAPI programming across ~25 public elementary, middle, and high schools in Clark County, Nevada.
This role is ideal for an experienced educator or education nonprofit professional who understands public school systems, thrives in coordination and communication, and is passionate about inclusive, culturally responsive education.
You’ll serve as the primary local liaison between TeachAAPI, school administrators, and educators—ensuring high-quality implementation, strong educator engagement, and measurable impact for students.
