Lower Elementary (PreK-2nd) Virtual Field Trip

This session is recommended for younger children. An introduction to the elements of art with a 30 min run time. If you are looking for a deeper dive into the art and history, please check out the Upper Elementary session.

Join Jenn and Brigitte, educators from the Smithsonian National Museum of Asian Art, on a Virtual Field Trip of the Art of Gift Giving. Students will explore gifts exchanged for holidays, religious customs, and other rituals with example objects from India, China and beyond!
